Our Story

We are among those who refused to bow down to the military coup in Myanmar, forced to leave our homeland behind and seek refuge in Thailand. Despite holding degrees and professional backgrounds, our lives were upended, reducing us to taking any odd jobs available just to survive in poverty. Yet, these hardships in exile have only deepened our resilience and shaped the raw, authentic stories of our daily survival. 

At the core of Divine Brother is an unwavering stance against military dictatorship. We firmly believe that no power should strip away a person's dignity, dreams, or future. Every hardship we face today is a direct reflection of our refusal to compromise with tyranny, turning our daily struggles into a quiet yet powerful form of resistance. 

Ultimately, this space is a testament to our ongoing fight for complete human rights, freedom, and justice. We document our past and present not to dwell on grief, but to fuel our journey toward a better tomorrow. Out of the shadows of displacement, we are rewriting our destiny: cultivating our dreams today so that we may fully embrace our rights and liberty in the future.
